Joris has over 25 years experience as corporate finance professional. As pragmatic and hands-on deal professional he advises on national and international buy and sell side M&A transactions, mergers and capital raisings in a broad range of industries – including industrial production, consumer products, food & agri and healthcare services. During his career, Joris supported numerous family businesses and national and international private equity clients. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in advising management teams in private equity transactions and structuring incentive plans.
Before joining Livingstone Partners, Joris was partner within PwC’s Corporate Finance team in Amsterdam team and responsible for the private equity coverage.
In his free time Joris enjoys long distance running and cycling. He loves cooking and pairing this with a good glass of wine.
