Luca Pignato started his career at Rabobank in 2001. From 2013 to 2021 he served as Head of M&A Germany, responsible for the bank’s M&A advisory business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
In 2022, Luca Pignato joined Livingstone in Frankfurt. He brings over 25 years of investment banking experience, specializing in advising mid-sized agriculture, beverages, and food companies on cross-border transactions.
His focus is on the pro-active identification of investment strategies within his core sectors and, building on this, the identification of suitable investors and target companies in the German-speaking countries for Livingstone Partners’ global client base, as well as the identification of global investors and investment opportunities for clients in the German-speaking countries.
He has developed a broad international network across the agricultural, beverage, and food industries, comprising large corporates, privately-held mid-sized companies, and private equity portfolio companies.
