Matteo Invernizzi joined Livingstone Italy in 2025 as a Partner and is based in Milan, bringing a distinctly international perspective to the team.
With over 25 years of M&A experience — including two decades in London — Matteo has held senior roles at top-tier global investment banks such as Lazard and Morgan Stanley, where he led advisory efforts in the Retail & Luxury sectors. He also gained significant experience at Banca IMI and Crédit Agricole in Milan.
Throughout his career, Matteo has originated and executed numerous domestic and cross-border transactions, advising leading corporates, financial sponsors, and entrepreneurs. He has successfully closed transactions across the Consumer, Retail, and Luxury sectors, and has also developed deep expertise and a global network in the Yachting, Commercial Marine, Packaging and Real Estate industries.
