Umberto Rossi serves as the Partner of Livingstone in Milan and Verona, having joined Corus Corporate Finance S.p.A., now Livingstone Italy, since its establishment in 2015. Bringing about fifteen years of experience in investment banking, Umberto previously held positions at Mittel Advisory S.p.A. and Finanziaria Internazionale Holding S.p.A.
Specializing in advising entrepreneurs and investors, he plays a central role in navigating Italian and cross-border M&A transactions across various sectors. Notably, Umberto has led transactions within the waste management, food & beverage, furniture & design, industrial equipment, HVAC, and TMT sectors, offering invaluable guidance to his clients.
