In a shareholder restructuring transaction, Livingstone’s industrial team advised members of a family on the sale of their shares in Cartonajes Levante.
The shareholders had not been directly involved in the management of the business for many years, so they agreed that concentrating the company’s shares in fewer hands would be beneficial for the business, while also allowing them to focus on other ventures.
Cartonajes Levante manufactures corrugated cardboard and special corrugated cardboard packaging. Cartonajes owns 100% of the Castellón-based company Caixes, which distributes packaging for the tile market. Cartonajes also has a stake in Francisco Guillem, S.L. (Ibi, Alicante), which specializes in the production of containers and packaging for the toy industry in the area.
