Livingstone completes bankruptcy sale of leading steel manufacturer

Livingstone is pleased to announce the sale of LB Steel, LLC, a leading distributor and outsourced provider of fabrication, machining, processing and assembly of non-prime and strip mill steel plates,  to Big Shoulders Capital. The sale was consummated pursuant to §363 of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
