Livingstone advised Vredo, a leading Dutch agricultural machinery manufacturer, on its sale to Apicem Investments. The partnership will support Vredo’s continued growth and further strengthen its international market position.

Livingstone is pleased to announce that its Benelux team acted as M&A advisor in the sale of Vredo to Apicem Investments
