Livingstone has advised Swedish WTR Group on the strategic partnership with Lotzer & Mühlenbruch GmbH (L&M Pumps). The transaction represents an important step in further strengthening WTR Group’s growing platform in Germany and accelerating its long-term strategy across Northern Europe.
Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Delmenhorst, L&M Pumps is a well-established German manufacturer of pumps, spare parts and seals for demanding industrial environments. The company offers comprehensive technical support across the full lifecycle, from planning and engineering to maintenance and repair. With more than 100,000 items stocked across approximately 8,000 square meters at two locations in Delmenhorst and Schwedt, L&M Pumps ensures fast availability of spare parts and short delivery times.
