Livingstone acted as exclusive advisor to the shareholders of getproject GmbH & Co. KG (“getproject”) on the sale of their shares in the project company PV Jagsal GmbH & Co. KG (“PV-Jagsal”). The photovoltaic park is scheduled to be built near Herzberg, in the Elbe-Elster district of Brandenburg and connected to the grid in 2026. With the sale of PV-Jagsal, getproject is continuing its successful path and making a further contribution to the energy transition in Germany.
The Kiel-based project developer getproject specializes in the development and realization of renewable energy projects. Its range of services includes the planning, construction and operation of wind and photovoltaic power plants, battery energy storage systems (BESS), heat generation and bioenergy plants, as well as the commercial and technical management.
