Landauer Nordic AB acquired by Lagercrantz Group AB

Livingstone has advised Landauer Nordic Ab, the global market leader in high-reliability radon gas detection, testing, and certification products and services; on its sale to Stockholm-based Lagercrantz Group AB. Livingstone’s Chicago and Stockholm-based Industrial teams successfully advised Landauer on the cross-border divestiture between the two international, publicly-traded companies.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
