Neil is an Englishman who has been living over 25 years in Spain. In 2004 he created an investment banking boutique that was renamed Livingstone Partners in 2007. Neil has more than 24 years of experience in M&A transactions. He has advised on and led numerous transactions, including domestic and cross-border sales, acquisitions, capital raises, restructurings and leveraged processes across a range of industries such as Business Services, Food & Beverages, Construction Products and Healthcare.
Neil currently co-heads the Business Services and Consumer sector teams.
