Andrew Isgrig

Andy is a Partner and co-head of Livingstone’s Industrial practice. He also serves as Co-Chairman of Livingstone’s Global Board of Directors, supporting the firm’s growth in the U.S. and Europe.  Andy joined Livingstone in 2011 to establish and lead Livingstone’s global industrial practice.

Over the course of his 35+ year career, Andy has advised multi-national public corporations, U.S. and European private equity firms, family-owned businesses, entrepreneur-led companies, and family office investors.  He has successfully completed more than 100 M&A transactions spanning both sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory engagements.

As co-head of Livingstone’s Industrial M&A team, Andy focuses on industrial technology and advanced manufacturing businesses, with particular expertise in test & measurement, testing, inspection & certification (TIC), industrial distribution, flow control, electrical components, and other highly engineered products sectors.

Prior to Livingstone, Andy was a Principal at Deloitte Corporate Finance, a Director at Anderson Corporate Finance, and held various positions with GE Aerospace.
